Went to Business Schools but ended up being a computer geek
(2006 – 2010)
– Started university at 16, and graduated with Honors from Carleton University at 19 with B.Commerce.
– I got my first Mac, got introduced to Linux and started building websites freelance. I once bartered dental work for a website!
– Hacked around with large multi-touch surfaces.
– Went to MIB School of Management at 20, and handed in my Graduate thesis on my 21st birthday.
– Linux became my daily driver, started pen-testing the school’s systems, and started to learn how code properly.

Worked with the family
(2011 – 2015)
– Found my passion for product by building Health Insurance Management software. It was my first real programming and product management role.
– I’ve run bare-metal servers for Oracle applications.
– Failed to implement an ERP at my dad’s business (first lesson in implementations and adoption)
– Started a Chocolatier with my sister (best co-founder). We managed to send chocolate to the Arctic circle!

Got into Startups
(2014 – 2017)
– Co-founded & CTO Project X (renamed Project.io)
– Co-founded & CEO of Riskopy. Acquired by Coupa.

Joined Coupa
(2017 – Present)
– Sold Riskopy to Coupa
– Integrated the product into Risk Aware
– Owner the supplier management product suite
– Joined Coupa Pay to build the next generation of payment products.
